Matt Hardy is going to have a definitive direction for his character in AEW “soon.”
The pro wrestling legend took to social media prior to the AEW ALL OUT pay-per-view on Sunday night to respond to a fan who tagged him in a tweet about him not being booked on the show over the weekend.
“It’s all good, Coach Rosey,” wrote Hardy in response to the fan, who mentioned being sad that he wasn’t going to get to see him on the card on Sunday night. “[Sunday night’s] AEW All Out is gonna be an epic PPV. It’s a stacked AEW card.”
Hardy continued, “We’re getting close to learning my brother’s future, so I’ll be taking a definitive direction soon.”
One-half of The Hardy Brothers tag-team concluded by noting that he is looking forward to getting a path so he can return to his ass-kicking ways.
“I’m extremely excited to get on a path so I can haul [and] kick ass,” he wrote.
